yeah its nearly 11 and though i have every reason to be tired i cant sleep i layed in my bed for an hour and 1/2 alone and awake.....thinking about a million things all at once. i never realize i have so much on my mind until i try to sleep....then it all hits me and i end up crying myself to sleep. sigh......the wine coolers arent helping me either they just make the tears come easier......i pretty much quit. this is the 3rd night im going to get 5 hours of sleep or less...... yep. i quit. on everything. i just give up...here is my white flag.
